NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2019 FESTIVAL!

We’re full for this year!

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 2019 Wapiti Music Festival! Wapiti hosts approximately 2500 festival-goers per day and has sold out the past few years. Each year we see increased applications for vendors and we are excited to bring a fresh experience to our community.

Festival dates for 2019 are August 9 and 10.

For vendors, preference will be given to those who:

  • Offer compostable or recyclable packaging.
  • Bring a fresh and varied experience for Fernie.
  • Provide professional and detailed applications.
  • Accommodate a variety of dietary needs.

Previous years as a vendor do not guarantee entry into the festival.

Fees:

    • Drink Primary Vendor (ex/ coffee truck, kombucha etc.) $300
    • Includes:
      • Access to Fernie city water
      • Grey water disposal
      • Support from the waste and recycling management team
      • Access to our generators (surcharge may apply)
    • Food Primary Vendor self-powered=$350, require power=$400
    • This includes:
      • 6 weekend passes for employees
      • Access to Fernie city water
      • Grey water disposal
      • Access to our generators
      • Support from the waste and recycling management team

If you require more staff for the weekend please contact the vendor manager to discuss discounted passes.
Please note that at this time there is no vendor camping available

Timeline:

  • April 1: Application deadline
  • April 15: Selections sent out. At this time an email will be sent out to everyone to invite those who have not received an acceptance email to join our waitlist.
  • May 1: Payment deadline (fees are non-refundable)
  • May 15: If spots become available we will begin to contact those on the waitlist.
